Ok so this started happening today and its driving me insane.I have the lakeview house and the mannequin on the left far side of the armor and the one upstairs keep duplicating the armors i have them on,and keep showing the first ones ive put on.

Help???

Been seeing this with ALL mannequins in the game today, litterally every single one is duplicating the first item. It's become really annoying.

Yep, same here. I've got four versions of one Dragon Priest mask now thanks to that bug effecting the mannequins in Proudspire.
