Why not read the actual NDA, I bet it tells you there. I would think you would be released from it since the DLC will be released to many without an NDA in effect.

Once Gstaff posts on these Forums that the Dawnguard DLC is officially live, only then will we be able to discuss any details on the DLC.

Until the aforementioned post is made, we're bound by that lovely legally binding agreement.

I think beta testers need to redownload the DLC when it comes out (due to updates), so once you're actually able to install the release version you should be good to go. At that point GStaff should also have posted the okay.

This is also true. Straight from Gstaff's mouth (fingertips?) right before the Beta was closed.

There's a way to go in and look at your downloads... I don't remember exactly, but it allows you to redownload just about anything

By going straight to the download on the marketplace and it should say "download again" or your download history.

This.

Since anything you download is tied to your GamerTag, the Marketplace will show that the Beta Testers have already downloaded it. So after you delete Dawnguard off of your HDD, simply go to the LIVE Marketplace --> Skyrim --> Dawnguard -->instead of the option to "Purchase for 1600 msp" it will say "Download Again".

Choose that option and once it's done, you're back playing but with all of the fixes and tweaks put into place.
