Can someone provide me a solution to this frequent crashing issue i have in hearthfire? I bought Heljarchen Hall in the pale and i have fully upgraded everything. have a wife and 2 children, a bard and a carriage driver. i do not use any mods and i have set my visual settings to minimum even though my graphic card can run on ultra settings.

the crash occurs everytime i open a display case, or someone in the house starts a conversation with me, or simply at random. this is a serious issue as it causes the game to be totally unplayable. all my save files are in the house and everytime i load a save file, it crashes after 1 second.

If you have any workbenches still in place, try to remove them all and see what happens.
