I got hearthfire the other day and have been miserable ever since. The first problem was ctd when trying to load saves i fixed that by puting hearthfire.esm at top of load list.

then when i actually got into the game I have extremely jittery/stuttering movement when looking around in first person.

i looked high and low across the internet trying to find a solution but got so fed up i deleted all the hearthfire files which did absolutly nothing.

so now Ive deleted skyrim, deleted all the mods i had installed, re-downloaded skyrim. its still jittery AND hearthfire doesnt appear to even work at all.

i got no letters from any courier, ive talked to the jarls and their stewards and theres no dialog about buying property.

this is really frustrating what should I do

after researching some more I found out I need to be level 9 in order to purchase land, sure enough when i leveled up the dialog was there
