she isnt doing anything for me! it wont let me talk to her either

That would be a new bug.

None of the beta testers had that problem I believe.

If they did a reload fixed it.

iv tried re loading a few times and still nothing. Do you think i should re install the dlc?

First, go back to a save from before you entered that cave.

Then reinstall the DLC and enter the cave fresh.
If that doesnt work I do not know what will.

If you save in the same area as a bug, that bug normally wont go away, so thats why you should go back to a previous one to be safe.
