Every time, or every other time (it works SOMETIMES), that I access ANY menu (quick-launch, to save the game, menu for general magic, skills, items, map, to search a dead body, etc) the game FREEZES and I cannot use that menu. I can hit B to exit the menu, but I cannot use/access anything in that menu.

WTH!?
