Purchasing the Alchemy Station furnishings for Breezehome off of Proventus Avenicii with Dawnguard installed doesn't add it to your house, and it takes your gold away.

Confirmed this since the beta, and I posted this a few times in the beta forums as well. Patch 1.6 didn't cause this, I can CONFIRM that Dawnguard is the cause of it. Hope it gets fixed.
