As the title says, I can't get Runa and Hroar to move to my Lakeview house, they just stay in the Orphanage. Their two beds are now owned... and it has been 3-4 days since I adopted them, yet they still won't leave, any ideas?

Go off adventuring and then return to the house.

Agree. Spouses and children walk very, very slowly ... and they don't seem to leave until you go off somewhere else.
