This only seems to happen with the Hearthfire houses. Usually they will have their clothes back if I reload the cell but its still annoying. Is this a known bug with HF? If so, is there a fix?

I don't know about you but my Dragonborn would be glad to come home to that.

In certain situations, sure. If I'm drunk at 2am and its some kinda Dragonborn/Housecarl/Steward three way, then why not. Otherwise it's kinda distracting and immersion breaking to have them walking around in their loincloth in a snowstorm lol. Anyway, UESP says its a bug. Hopefully the unofficial patch will fix it soon.

That sounds like String programs are miss matching.If you are using Nexus Mod manager.You may want to completely remove all mods you just added.Before you do that be sure to make a list of what you added.Then check your Skyrims Data folder for meshes and Textures and strings.If there is some sort of a problem you can see it.Some mods are incomparable.Some Subscribed items from Steam Workshop have been updated and are not functioning correctly.Check both disabling and enabling each seeing what is working.
