Hello!

I am having a major problem with Dawnguard. While playing the game I was given the option to become a vampire lord. After the tutorial, I found I could not talk to anybody while in my vampire lord form. I assume that this is a normal part of the game. However, whenever I attempt to use the "Revert Form" power and change back into my human form, the game screen freezes. At this point I must use task manager to quit the game.

So far I have disabled all mods and enabled debugging. I also lowered my graphics settings and verified the files through Steam. I tried reverting a previous save and going through the dialogue again, but had the same problem. I tried to take a screenshot, but it did not work. Here is the last several lines of the debug.

I would really like to play as the Vampire Lord, but I need the ability to revert form. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have an update to this. While this bug should be fixed, I did find a work around. I set the player race manually, and then everything worked fine. Here is the command I used.

player.setRace Nord
