Game simply crashes as soon as get close to the portal atop the stairs. No loading screen shows up.
I really want to go back to playing the game, I'm hoping to get some support as soon as possible.


Details worth mentioning:
-I don't have any followers other than Serana. But I HAD asked her to be my follower before we entered into the soul cairn at one point so she is my follower.
-At one point in the soul cairn, I asked Serana to wait somewhere and she replied with something close to "I will hang back for a bit but we can't be separated I'll catch up with you in bit." And so she didn't wait.
-Now even though she's my follower I have no dialogues with her, as soon as I press E facing her the only thing she says is something like "I'm glad we're done here but I wish she (her mother) could come with us.

My problem was solved, on steam, I clicked on properties/local files/verify integrity of game cache, and it fixed it self.
