I started a new character after i deleted the Dawnguard test beta. You still cannot get the alchemy lab for Breezehome in Whiterun. The option is there, you pay for it, and then it goes to a very dim shaded grey color. You can keep selecting it, and keep paying for it, but no lab.

If you already have it your fine. Otherwise you are just tough out of luck.

Thank you Ashley for notifying me about it, My top priority now is to collect enough money to buy Breezehome and all its upgrades, then redownload Dawnguard.
