Multiple buildings in one location? : V

In the last scene of the Hearthfire preview (where the giant attacks the cow lul) There are two seperate buildings, one on the left and one on the right. The other one could be the horse stall... but im not sure. What do you guys think?

It was a stable. All though, they did mention something about greenhouses, but those seem to attach to your house instead of staying separate. I think stables are the only other building you can have that does not attach to your house.

Yeah. Stables

You can not build too houses unless its the Enchanter Tower.

But For my eyes. I am sure it is not
