Well i have one Question, wil Hearthfire get Worldwide Release at September 4th? Or will gamers with non english version have to wait another month just like when Dawnguard was released?

I dont know why it wouldnt at least be during the same week. I mean it's not that big of a DLC, and to my understanding the only reason it's delayed ww is because of translations, right?
