With the dlc comes many different positions within your new house including steward and bard but what I would like to know is could you move housecarls to that house. I don't know much about you but my housecarls arent doing much for me at the moment all living in empty houses.

What do you think? Will we be able to move housecarls into our DIY houses?

You could marry one, and I think make another your steward. So you should be able to move in at least two. And if a third is your follower, they'll be there when you are.

Yeah i was gonna make Argis my steward although I'm already married and housecarls are SO annoying as followers
