Possiable to get Vampire Lord form back from lycanthropy? : V

Is it possiable to get your vampire lord form back after doing the companions? As i dont want to do all of dawnguard then do the companions get turned to a werewolf and lose my vampire lord form forever id rather keep it.

No. If you lose the Lord form, you can regain it by asking the person who gives it to you. If you do it the opposite way and lose Lycanthropy, you can regain it by talking to Aela. No worries, do whatever, whenever.

If you have the DLC you can talk to Aela and she will turn you into a werewolf *one* more time.
