It all started when it told me my vampire powers were reduced after feeding. But I wasn't feeding. I'm not a vampire, I can't feed. I checked my active affects and I now have vampire abilities and weaknesses. I seem to be advancing in the stages vampirism as well. My face hasn't changed any and I talked to Serana and I still have to option to have her turn me into a vampire. That told me that game isn't recognizing me as a vampire but I am still suffering from the effects. So, I tried to start the Rising at Dawn quest. No dice. Falion won't give me the quest. I am a vampire without being a vampire.

I don't know if this is a Dawnguard glitch or not but I haven't seen it or heard about it before. I am going to to try having Serana turn me into a vampire and then see if I can acquire the Rising at Dawn quest.

If you have seen or heard of this before and have any suggestions. Please tell me.

Edit: Fixed after having Serana turn me into a vampire. Rising at Dawn was available and I no longer have vampire effects.

Sounds like a bug.
