kill moves seem to be broken in my game they no longer trigger at all, at least none of 1-H weapon animations; even after installing the Dance of Death mod and increasing their chance up to %100 they still never trigger. has anyone got a fix for this or had the same issue?

They do indeed - try using the search function and you'll find them.

P.S. One or more of your mods have probably broken the kill moves in your game. Try removing them to fix the issue. I'd start with any animation mods.
