If I'm a companion (werewolf) will I be able to be the Vampire Lord and still be a werewolf or do I have to be the Vampire Hunter to keep my werewolf abilities?????

You have to be a vampire hunter in order to keep your werewolf abilities. Also, if you become a vampire lord as a werewolf, you get to revert back to being a werewolf again once you cure yourself of being a vampire lord. Curing yourself of lycanthropy through the vanilla way is still permanent, however. At least AFAIK, anyway.
