Ok this may seem like kind of a stupid question but I know how to use all of my other powers but I haven't seen like a power bite option or a pop up when you look at a npc so how does this work?

you goto attack with your claws and b4 they die do a power attack

I think you can also use vampire seduction (while in human form) to feed on them (while standing). Havent tryed it myself but aloot of people claims it works.
