We know that Hearthfire is the 2nd DLC timed-exclusive for the XBox360 and more than likely it will be available for PC after those 30 days, or shortly after those 30 days. There are mixed responses to the DLC itself (which I don't understand the negative ones, this was again planned from the start that there will be big DLC's and small DLC's in between them, and this one is appropriately priced), but for those that are geniunely excited for this DLC, as a PS3 player should be sharing in that?
I'll be honest, the game runs pretty well on my system after I got past the increasing save file loadtime lag from months past. They've sacrificed some graphics for actual gameplay. Not noticable all the time, but when looking at the world closely (which they've told us that we shouldn't do, which makes NO SENSE in a game that one of it's biggest draws is world detail) it does more poorly now than it did at launch. The support has been less than adequate so far, and the DLC fiasco with Dawnguard could have been avoided. So with all of this in mind, this is a smaller DLC that allows for more RP and some small quest lines (from what I've heard).
So many great things I want to enjoy with this DLC. Building a house is something that is very difficult to implement into a main game, and often an overlooked feature that is widely appreciated by rp gamers. The best house/manor system I've ever played with was on a MUD that started in Dec. of '96, and it still runs today.
