I can't play it. Every time I try to enter the door of the Fort it starts to load then the game crashes to the desktop. Apparently I spent $20 for nothing.

For me, the CTD issue was caused by a mod that attempted to allow Vampire Lords to activate/loot things, and use the map. Completely uninstalling that, scripts and all, solved the problem.

Most likely the issue is a mod conflict. Try removing mods one at a time and see if one of those is causing it. Also, go into Steam right-click Skyrim and then go to Local Files, and Verify Integrity of Local Game Cache.

It was the mannequein mod that I had installed.
