Where do you get Dawn Guard Armor?

Kill a Dawnguard wearing it, or do the questline on either side.

I just kill the Dawnguard scouts that always try killing me outside of Castle Valkinar.

Buy them from the dawnguard smith gunmar.

You have to do a few quests before recruiting him.
