Why is Hearthfire called Hearthfire?

Post » Thu Nov 15, 2012 3:31 pm

i dont think it being september and being released with in september are anything major in choosing the name. you have to remember only xbox players are going to get this in september
It's still an interesting coincidence.

People, why are we even discussing it? "For centuries, the hearth was considered an integral part of a home, often its central or most important feature" - it's a DLC about home and family. It's obvious.

QUOTE: infact, Skyrim has the same number of days as a normal earth year.
and they all can speak English!

Spooky!

It just doesn't seem to have any seasons.
In other words, it's like Earth, 800 AD, but with a zero-degree axial tilt.

The third day of Hearthfire is a holiday called “Tales and Tallows” and according to the Elder Scrolls Wiki Hearthfire is a “holiday celebrating Necromancy, and as such, most people avoid the streets on this date.

...interesting.
