Has it been confirmed that the vampires in the original version of Skyrim were from Cyrodiil? If not, were they just a lower class of vampires?

Does anyone prefer the Cyrodiil vampires over the Vampire Lords?

The vampires from vanilla Skyrim are infected with Sanguinaris Vampiris as to their cyrodiilic cousins are infected with porphyric hemophilia. They are not the same, skyrim vampires are really really bad. And heck no. Vampire lords are freaking awesome

I'm rather liking being a Vampire Lord. A step up, really.

Cyrodiilic vampires would need a change of pants (and a new face) after a brush with a vamp lord.

the vampires you meet in the field are the watered down version of the skyrim vampire disease.

Skyrims vampires were amazing pre-dawnguard. Now it has all of these easy ways to feed, with no motivation to feed. You literally just get weaker. There aren't any drawbacks to starving yourself. Vampire lords are sweet, and I'm having the time of my life with them, but now being a normal vampire is just pointless.
