So I saw in a loading screen tip that you can make Arrows and Crossbow Bolts in a forge and I thought that was great, but when I checked the things that I was able to make it showed no thing for crossbow bolts.

So I was wondering if anyone knew how I can possibly make, or at least get the option to make, Crossbow Bolts.

i think you only can in fort dawnguard. not sure though.

You can only make bolts at Fort Dawnguard's fort, i believe.

Well, I also had that thought. So I went to Fort Dawnguard and I could not even find their forge.

You have to be in the dawnguard side, recruit the annoying girl and Blacksmith, then a quest later a forge appears.

Then you have to clean up the clubhouse before you're allowed to play with the best toys.

Go into Fort DG take a left and then another left. The Forge is to your right, Achlemy to the left, and Troll Stables+ Small Crossbow Set up to the front.

Theres a forge, player room, Achlemy, Dog Stable, Torchoure Room, Small Library, Troll stables, and a ton of Archery Ranges.

You need to progress in the story some and then a forge will appear at the back end of the fort, there you can make steel bolts under the steel section and dwarven bolts under the dwarven section. You also don't need to be in the dawnguard fort to make them. You can do it at any forge.

Well that's a relief! Because I had already joined the Vampire side. Also do you guys know if there are any other types of Crossbows?
