So when I first got Dawnguard I knew something was up. No matter which guard I talked to none of them talked about the dawnguard, which is weird because all of my friends got it as the first chat response. But that's not my issue

My issue is that I hate vampires and I want Serana to go home so I don't have to have her follow me everywhere, I almost killed her inside before talking to her... Oops

So I get to the jetty, take it to volkihar and the gate is closed. Serana talks to me, and this is the point where the guard should say "serana's back! open the gates!" The emphasis being on 'Should'

I tried clearing the cache, and I have no earlier saves to revert to. Literally at least once a day I log on to this character, being my main of 3, and go back to the castle,but no dice.

Anyone else have this problem?
