so I get the shout to call the dragon from the soul carin. but once I got back out side I shouted and nothing happened. than I tried to summon the other dragon and nothing happened and I even tried to summon the ghost warrior. nothing seems to work can any one tell me how to fix this or do I have to wait for a patch.

to summon him u must shout at the ground

I have the same problem...but I only have 2 of the words learned. Do you have all 3? I saw from the new dragon the first 2 words have only a 5 second recharge but then the 3rd word is a full 300 seconds.

He gives you the 3 words to summon him when you talk to him

I have all 3 shouts unlocked but Ill try shouting at the ground

Ya, you just have to shoot farther away from the ground than you probably are doing.
