I don't have the issue when going to vannila locations, but everytime I go through a door in DLC it's a gamble. I've taken to saving before I go through a door everytime now because of how often it freezes on the loading screens. Anyone else have this issue?

thankfully no, but i wouldnt be suprised with the amount of variation on bugs around atm. this dlc seems to be riddled!

i have the same problem. but it freezes anywhere doing anything even outside of DLC

Just got my first loadibg screen freeze. What is this crap?

I cant seem to get out of Breezehome... The game freezes every single time!!! So I loaded an earlier save and now every door way I look at is blacked out, i can enter the doors without an issue but its kinda annoying!!

I have gotten the occasional freeze in the past - maybe once every 2-3 weeks (playing every day on average or at least every other day). --
But after downloading dawnguard and playing for about an hour immediately after download and then playing again yesterday day evening for 3-4 hours - I have had load screens freeze up approximately 4 times and I have to manually turn off the Xbox console which sometimes requires me to push off button 3-4 times
I have very rarely had freeze problems before the download so obviously the problem exists with dawnguard dlc

I dont understand how bethesda could mess up this bad and charge that much for this This was tested and theyve had seven months to clean this up. Beyond unreasonable

Every. Single. [censored]. Time. I try to zone into Breezehome my game crashes.

This is AFTER my most recent save simply would not load (I restarted my xbox 4 times and tried to load it, it froze the system completely every time).

To anyone that reads this DO NOT BUY. It is a buggy mess, I can't get 6 feet with my primary character (140hrs in) without the game crapping out.

It was only after the 1.6 update that he was even playable again (crashes, freezing, etc used to be a big problem prior to this patch).

I'm playing on a newish 360, my hardware isn't the problem, I've cleared cache, etc.

Get your heads out of your collective asses, Beth and fix this expensive DLC.

Huh thats weird o.o I have not ran into any of those problems and I've been playing it a looooooot, the only thing thats been happening to me is clipping and maybe one loading screen that wouldn't go away and load the exterior, it could probably just be a bug in your copy or something but I'm sure Bethesda will fix it as soon as possible.

Update: I have uninstalled Dawnguard and game is working as well as ever (still about as stable a drunkard with no cerebellum and one leg).

This DLC is a plague and I highly doubt it'll get fixed. I can't honestly recall DLC getting patched in almost any game I've played.

Update: Re-downloaded the DLC, cleared cache, etc.

Load up most recent save of primary character annnnnnnd, doesn't even load it.

Game freezes at the loading screen.

They certainly achieved that

Not sure why they didn't fix this issue... its a pretty bad one.

I reported every freeze I came across (and I froze 3 or four times a night)

I'm sure they are working hard but... man this is a bad one to release with.

I have noticed a massive increase in game freezes, usually on autosaves. Doesn't matter where I am, the game usually freezes after about an hour of gameplay. I am going to play through the DLC as a Dawnguard and then will probably remove the DLC and delete the related saves.

Autosave is off for me and it's still freezing sincUe downloading Dawnguard. Hope they fix this soon!
