While waiting for XBL for come back online for over an hour, I was looking at my avatar while not signed in, and I decided to look at my achievements for Skyrim out of curiosity, because I noticed I received the 11 Vampire and 11 Werewolf achievements yesterday and the pop-up notification apparently never showed up, and I scrolled to the bottom and the new achievements were listed.

They are as follows:

Proud Parent - Adopt a child.

Land Owner - Buy a plot of land.

Architect - Build three wing on a house

Land Baron - Buy three plots of land.

Master Architect - Build three houses.


So finally good news for the people that were wondering if you could only buy one house; you can buy all three plots and build them to the fullest!
