Pay 20$ to break your game.

I've said it before, and I say again:

People blame Bethesda for a "buggy" game when they should be blaming their mods and their crappy, bloated, virus ridden PC for breaking their games.

Skyrim runs fine for me, Dawnguard also has no issues, and I have 365 hours in under 4 different characters.

A game made by imperfect people will not be perfect, so wake up and come back to reality.

Idiot.

 :banghead: :wallbash:

I'm playing on the Xbox 360 and I still have bugs. For example, my one character is not able to start Blood on the Ice because of a bug. (http://i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/BerzerkCommando/WTF.jpg) So even though I'm playing on the 360. Which means that stuff is not available for me and would not affect me at all. By your comment I should still blame mods and my crappy, bloated, virus ridden PC for breaking my game?

And even though I completed the Dark Brotherhood questline. To this day I still have those Penitus Oculatus guys spawning in that tower in Solitude as hostiles. I believe I'm also having a similar bug with The Forsworn Conspiracy quest. Even though I completed it. If I enter that shrine of Talos I still have those hostilel guards in there. Thinking I just started that part of the quest. So please don't start posting random [censored] when you have no idea what you are talking about.

Your crappy, bloated, virus ridden pc is clearly responsible for the bugs you experience on your xbox. To even think that there is no connection between those two is silly.

Well my 360's ethernet cable is connected to the same modem that my computer is connected to. So those viruses must be traveling up the computers cable through the modem, down the 360's ethernet cable and into its hard drive.

"Pay 20$ to break your game."

That's pretty much what it felt like to me.

Bought Dawnguard.
Now I starting a new game because:
-Lots of quest broken and cannot be obtained( Grimsveir,Blood on the ice,Joining the legion,The Pale Lady,Vampire side quests and some more)
-House in Whiterun cannot be upgraded
-Camera glitches/slideshow (played on ultra before Dawnguard and all was perfect)
-Some other bugs

What can I say?Waiting for the next patch.

PS no other mods has been installed.
Some people around here are insisting that waiting is a waste of time because they never patch DLCs.

Although Skyrim's DLCs are being done as master files linked to Update.esm this time around, not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Oh boy oh boy , let me ask you ppl this then: Dont you visit a games website beforehand ...before you purchase a DLC product?
Yes ? well you played on the Black Jack table and lost...simple as that . The gaming community is vocal and full of smartasses who know everything . right?(S-off)
Anhedonie just nailed it ....start an entirely fresh game or wait for a patch ...wich will most likely be provided after the new DLC.

I wait till the game goes sort of goty one day and maybe buy it on a low price offer ..including a final patch, but for now i dont need any DLC stress.

I just typed a lengthy and lucid comment in relation to why we need to see better quality control and testing for games and dlc, but the forum post system stuffed up on me and I lost it...

That pretty much highlights the issues that we have: Shoddy workmanship and shoddy product.

Nah, that's the censoring system that kicks in.
If you write long replies and it crash, chances are you'll be too demotivated to rewrite it compared to if you only had a small post.

My reply was removed..strange, looks like big brother doesn't have a sense of humour!
Kinda silly to ask since you claim it was removed, but what did you write?

I've just removed a spam post but looking further there are flames and such. I'm closing it down.
