So as Vampire Lord I asl What can I do to help? Everybody tells me to speak with Vingalmo. But he offers no line with the radiant quest. I tryed loading 20 times and always I get to speak with Vingalmo. This way I am stuck. Can get a sidequest and can't get Kindred Judgment started.

Can anyone help?
