Infinit loading screens

Just recently after finishing dawngard and doing side quests, out of nowhere everytime I get a loading screen it lasts around 5 minutes or so. Every once in a while i get a loading screen that lasts up to 30 mins. What I want to know is how I can resolve this issue.
The game lags badly even when I take/deposit things from my inventory. All I want to do is play again. I've put a lot of time in this character and it's sort of a no turning back for me. Pretty much a game breaker if i can't get this character going. Which svcks because I've done so much and there's still so much to do.

Things i've done to resolve the issue:
-Waited 40 days in game.
-Un-installed game
-Re-Installed game
-cleared cache (3 times so far)
-just continued to play through loading screens (never wears off or goes away)
-Moved all saves to "the cloud" then moved them back to my hard drive
-played the files off of "the cloud" and on the hard drive both

Not one of those things has fixed my issue. The game is just lagging pretty intensely and I just do not know what to do about it. Is there any fix whatsoever?
What could I possibly do, because I want to keep playing. Easily the best game I've ever played and this really blows that I basically can't play anymore. This is destroying my gaming experience with Skyrim

I come on these forums all the time and just read complaints like mine, every patch and update there's more problems created then fixed and they dont even fully fix the isses they said it would, I still see texture wig outs, I make do and ignore the random bugs like disappearing books, broken weapon racks, character shrinking, falling through the floor, no dialog some times.., im a die hard elder scrolls fan, just out of excitement of its release 6 of my friends bought it, what ever Bethesda is doing is just ignorant, I can't believe that as a team they are incapable of resolving these issues completely

Ps I wrote all this while waiting to get out of a cave... Said panda =(

Sounds like you have some save file problems. Whats the size of that save file? Has it become bloated?

Check to see if you have any replicating keys (known bug), that will cause major problems for a game save.

Does a new character have any similar problems?
