http://doomwiki.org/wiki/No_Rest_for_the_Living is a nine-level episode exclusive to the Xbox 360 port of Doom II. The website G4TV http://www.g4tv.com/games/xbox-360/66164/doom-3-bfg-edition/articles/77978/doom-3-bfg-edition-hands-on-preview-back-to-beautified-hell/ "40+ Doom 2 maps", but in its original form Doom II only features 32 maps. The http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1408944-doom-3-bfg-edition-faq/ explicitly says "DOOM 3 BFG Edition does not contain the DOOM Master Levels or Final DOOM" but stays silent on the topic of NRFTL.
I'm tempted to simply discredit whatever numbers are mentioned by G4TV because they also claim there are 32 maps in Doom (in truth, there are 27 maps in the original registered version, and that was increased to 36 with http://doomwiki.org/wiki/The_Ultimate_Doom), so the article was obviously written by someone who didn't know what he was talking about.
Still there are a lot of speculations on whether or not NRFTL will be included in the non-Xbox versions of the BFG edition so the official answer should be included in the FAQ.
