This problem has followed me across multiple computers and through many games. In certain games (TF2 is another one that comes to mind), if I scroll the wheel, not only does it switch weapons like it should, it also makes the camera go down and spin around a bunch.

It makes it impossible for me to use the scroll wheel to switch weapons, and it's getting really annoying every time it shows up in a game. Help?!
