Does killing the attackers at the start of the game as you are defending the Empress count against getting the achievement for beating the game without killing anyone?

It is a well known fact that the Empress gets killed. Its even shown in the trailer her getting attacked. The first five minutes is hardly a spoiler...

Obviously this thread is already full of spoilers, so if you haven't played the game yet I hope you're not reading this one.

Anyways, when the Empress gets attacked, if you look closely at the tip telling you how to shoot your gun, it says (Non-Lethal) in parentheses like that. So I guess you have to fight them off, and they do whatever they do it disappear/dodge your shots.

This whole section is nothing but spoilers. Why hide it?

Obviously if you come to a "Spoilers" section you will find out aspects of the game that will relate to direct gameplay. Go to the "General" section if you do not want to see spoilers.
