Do runes appear in the marketplace based on those you've missed or do these supplement the ones that are already in the environment. I've worked out a prospective New Game Plus idea and seeing runes for sale threw me off. I posted the idea over in General Discussion during an NGP topic. I'd like to post it here, but I don't want to spam. If a moderator happens to pass by, I'd like to know if it would be ok to import that post into its own topic with edits to make it more broadly applicable. Thanks!
