I bought Dawn Guard a month ago. I installed it and pretty much destroyed my save file I had to svck it up revert to a save 15 levels under.

Why i removed it : because when I loaded my game nothing worked I was stuck at castle volkahir my Hud was gone. UNTIL I fast traveled to breesehome then everything worked again, but was still glitched out. so I removed DG and loded an old save. Now Im golden again but i just threw away 20 dollars $ : (

Castle Volkihar interior is slightly larger than Dragonreach Castle and has a lot more going on in it.
NPC's, enabled and disabled objects, etc.

Were you stuck inside, or outside it?

I was stuck out side I could not get in at first. So I left the game waiting for a fix. I came back to it weeks later loaded the game and this time my HUD was gone and nothing worked untill I fast traveled to breese

Something is messed up.
It may be worth the time to run an integrity check on the files in the steam interface.

What has me thinking corrupt download is failing in new areas, and function in the old.
Worth putting to the test unless someone has an answer.

I have done the integrity checks many times. its just Dawn Guard. Im wondering if they made it for xbox first then tried porting to PC. Cuz if they did RIP dawnguard unless they recode it correctly
