I was able to get Serana to follow me and I'm at Volkihar Keep. Supposedly the watchman is supposed to see Serana and order the door opened. Cept nothing happens. Says press E to enter on the door but does absolutely nothing.

How do I fix this? Anyone know if can be bypassed by setstage console function? Right now I can't progress any further and it's unplayable. Rather iritating.

Can you use setstage to get past it? If so what is the quest ID and what stage do I set it to.

Yea but I think 75% of people with DG can get past this part...

I tried to do an workaround if you want to be a vampire sometimes the console commands are pretty useful

A was at the point where i stood at the door and could not open it if i remember it right i used follow commands

• setstage DLC1VQ02 10
  
• setstage DLC1VQ02 40
  
• movetoqt DLC1VQ02

You will miss some Bla Bla at the inner gate but you should spawn directly at the point where the vampire lord greets you (just accept to be reVampirisiered again and then the normal quest blabla should start) From now on the front gate is usable.

Unfortunately, Serana will be left outside in the entryway if you use this command and if you choose as I did she is stuck with you and won't go away (even using UFO won't force her to leave).
