Among the numerous other bugs I have discovered since installing Dawnguard (interestingly none of the bugs are directly related to Dawnguard, just problems in the base game created by the DLC), I am now having problems with stolen items.... that weren't actually stolen.

Any weapons taken off a Forsworn corpse are stolen, certain items taken from bandit chiefs (and sometimes others, but it has consistently been the chiefs), and armor that I craft if I give it to a companion and dismiss them, or put it into storage/drop it, will be stolen if I take it back.

It's an annoyance more than anything else, since I have all the merchants in the Thieves guild I have no lack of money to sell everything.

Has anyone else encountered this bug?
