I bought Dishonored but didnt get the code for DLC Shadow Rat pack....

What can I do ?

The DLC is for pre-orders only.

If you did pre-order the code should be on your receipt or came with the game, depending on what store you pre-ordered from. If not take your receipt, go back to the store with the game, and complain.
