When I buy Doom 3 BFG Edition to PC I have the Doom 1 ( Ultimate Doom ) so the 4 expansion and I have the Doom 2 with two expansion ( Hell on Earth and No rest for the Living ) but how can I have to the BFG Edition Doom 2 version - Masters Levels for Doom 2 and the Final Doom ?

So I want all Doom 2 Expansion set to the Doom 3 BFG Edition : Doom 2

Maybe We have a patch to the BFG and we have all expansion set ? Or how ?

Thx and sry for My English !

Final DOOM was a quasi-DOOM storyline mod for DOOM 2 done by TeamTNT but sold retail as a standalone game, and the master levels were done by numerous map designers (such as Tim Willits prior to his employment at id) and compiled as an expansion. They would not be "cannon" Doom trilogy (depending on point of view), and thus excluded from the BFG edition. Although, you can purchase them on STEAM separately or buy the ID superpack which comes with them.

The same could be said for no rest for the living, by your logic since it was not made by ID is is therefor not cannon either but yet its included. I'd say the intent was to keep the spotlight on doom3 in this package and thats why these were not included

They are all expansions, though not the master levels in the traditional sense

Apparently, it is possible.

The IWADs are placed in SteamApps\common\DOOM 3 BFG Edition\base\wads. So what you should do is create a new directory, for example SteamApps\common\DOOM 3 BFG Edition\plutonia\wads, and place plutonia.wad there. Rename it as doom2.wad.

Same for TNT; place it in SteamApps\common\DOOM 3 BFG Edition\tnt\wads, and rename it as doom2.wad.

Now use the launch option in the game to start it from plutonia or tnt instead of base.
