I just completed my clean hands play through /ghost/shadow. Well in the end all i got was shadow. Thinking back on my play through the only moment i believed i could have messed up was the weepers in the sewers before the golden cat mission. How do i get rid of them without them dieing. When ever i choke them out, one says its unconscious while the other doesn't please help.

Sleep darts.

Unfortunately, the very situation you described is one of the two things that invalidates Clean Hands. Weepers can mess up Ghost too.

If you shoot them with darts, make sure to move them away from the water afterwards just to be sure they don't fall in, drown and mess up Clean Hands.
