hey just wondering where you get the key for this ?

I got it from one of the servant girls after getting Sokolov, but before going to bed after that mission (found it under her bed after she told me about it...not sure if it is there earlier). That is on my second playthrough. On my first, I didn't...not sure if I missed it, or if it is random.
