Cant get lumber in sawmil : V

Tried at a bunch of places and talk to the people who own the lumber yards and it wont give me the option to buy lumber from them..

Have you tried Hod in Riverwood? That's who I'm using. For me, he's always in his house.

I spent thousands of septims buying up all the lumber I could so I wouldn't have to track down another one of these jerks who never seem to be around when I need them.

I'm using the Solitude saw mill. since I had to start with the Hjaalmarch plot. The orc there sells the lumber to me.
