If I have an accident with my car and if it must be repaired, OK I take on me. If I buy a new car and it's broken, there I allows myself to complain with the seller!
And the seller will take the cars back and will give you a good one (even if this will take some time...) - that's just normal (Toyota and Ford are doing this everytime^^)...so complaining doesn't help much, that's how the industry works ;D

So still no patch and no news? This is getting rediculous! All i want is at least something like "We are working on it, but it will take some time. Maybe two days" But we get nothing. That′s really unfair...

Except that we can ask for refund or for compensation because the product is not in accordance or defective.

Not if the company is going to fix it - the same with cars. You won't get any refunds if the DLC is fixed, but if not, THEN you would get some because otherwise it would be illegal for the company.
