Why did the US release not get a slip cover? I think Australia did. Minor, I know. But would have been nice to have.

I noticed that too! Odd, considering other Bethesda-published games (Fallout New Vegas, Brink, and RAGE come to mind) came with slip-covers.

Eh, I have no use for them anyways, but weird that this game wouldn't continue that trend.

We got a slip cover in the UK, didn't no NV and Rage had them in the US, didn't get any over here

UK got a "Slip Cover".

US got a "Reversable Cover".

As far as I can tell at least.
