Please forgive me if I'm being thick.

I bought a retail copy of Doom 3 BFG edition, validated it through Steam and fired it up. I wasn't too sure whether the Lost Mission would be somehow shoe-horned into the main game or appear as a separate option on the menu as Doom and Doom II do. Anyway, I've now finished Doom 3 and can see no sign of the Lost Mission nor the Resurrection of Evil on my menus. Can anyone please tell me if I'm looking in the wrong place or is it possible I've got a dud disc? It may be that I can't see the forest for the trees but I really cannot see how to access those add-ons.

Click on 'New Game' from the Doom 3 main menu, then you pick what you want to play... you have 3 choices "Doom 3" "Resurrection of Evil" and "Lost Missions"....
