I had to replay from flooded to get Ghost. As I failed to get ghost from granny last time (Got clean hands by running away)

However Im not sure how Im supposed to do it exactly. I cant kill either Jack or granny and I cant enter combat. Is using stop time+blink away the only safe way to go abot it? Is it even safe? How do I know if she spotted me or not, any indication?

Really at a loss here, having to play over again from flooded was depressing enough already. Im not sure If Ill manage to continue playing at all if I fail again so Im REALLY paranoid about this >.<

Why not kill Slackjaw? He dies with one swing as long as he is still imprisoned...that should not invalidate Ghost.

Well if you already got clean hands, you can just kill jack. Alternatively you can start a new game and just ignore granny altogether. Not doing any missions for her in the beginning stops the battle between her and jack from happening.

Waaait so... I can kill jack and neither jack or granny will cause detected?

Says the Ghost description. Does Jack count as a key target?

They are NPCs they dont count as detection unless they witness a hostile action. (and since granny wants you to kill slackjaw killing him in front of her is not considered a hostile action)
