DO you think the first Dragonborn wants to be the Emperor????

No he most likely just wants to finish the dragons off and take back control of solstheim. Oh and do the bidding of HM whatever that may be?

No, I don't think he wants to be Emperor. I doubt we'd ever get to be Emperor either. Hard enough trying to get to be a Jarl let alone the High King or Emperor WOnder if you could be both High King and Emperor at the same time.... ?

Become Emperor and invade Skyrim? well, you are still emperor but you will also rule over Skyrim; can't really say you're the high King but it's the closest you can get.

But there's gotta be a console command for that!

I suppose to be HK you'd have to reside in Skyrim as you'd still be a Jarl of one of the holds, and as Emperor, you're 'supposed' to be in Cyrodiil so yeah... you are right in saying it is the closest you can get. At least I think so
